Massage Therapy

The therapist will go through the client's personal information and health history, assess the musculoskeletal system and propose a treatment plan before providing the therapy. Treatment may include a combination of therapeutic manual therapy, cupping, and acupuncture as modalities within the Scope of Practice of Massage Therapy.

Prenatal & Post-partum massage

Prenatal & post-partum massage are specialized forms of therapy designed to address the needs of people during pregnancy and after childbirth. This therapy can help alleviate discomfort such as back pain, swelling, sore muscles, and and fatigue.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body using fingers, palms, elbows, or sometimes feet. Shiatsu relieves stress, tension, and pain. It also improves blood circulation and overall hralth and well-being. Client will be fully clothed during the session.

Acupuncture 

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice tha involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to balance the flow of energy within the body. This balance promote health and alleviate pain or other symptoms by stimulating the body's natural healing processes.

Community Acupuncture

Community ascupuncture is offered in a non-private setting. Clients will be seated in comfortable chairs in a shared space. This allows for practitioners to treat more than one client at the same time but still maintaining the benefits of a regular acupuncture treatment.

Facial and Scalp Massage & Acupuncture

Reducing tension on the face, scalp, jaw and neck by manipulating the soft tissue, followed by Gua Sha (scrapping) working on the fascia and lymphatic drain to reduce swelling. Continued with insertion of microdermal needles (optional).

Herbal Consultation & Prescription

This appointment will ONLY include the assessment and herbal prescription consultation. No Chinese herbal medicine will be dispensed on that day. We will provide medicine at an extra cost on a follow-up visit (not covered by your insurance coverage ) or you can obtain them at our recommended herbal stores.

Request for Chinese medicine treatment (acupuncture and/or cupping) will REQUIRE extra fee.
